My first thoughts were WTF.cause it looked more like a german shepherd on steroids than a werewolf.What happen to the good old days of werewolves looking bad ass and having horrible painful transformations( jacob makes his transformation looks as painful as farting).
Like the classics :- the wolfman(1944),an american werewolf in london and van helsing (and a lot more) brings a better name to the term Werewolf.Thank god a remake of the wolfman is coming out next year,at least that will be able to clean out the thought of this twilight werewolf nightmare from the minds of the movie watching public.
I mean seriously,why would a werewolf look or do anything like the ones in twilight( in the book aswell)(and yes i have sadly read parts of the series).
In conclusion, i absulutely hate the twilight werewolves who i shall now refer to as the Purebreeds cause they look more like a purebreed dog than a lycantrope ( is you dont know what a lycan is then well i'll explain.lycantropes = supposed scientific name for werewolves)(unless you follow what goes in the underworld series which states that lycans are a sub species of werewolf which in reality is false as lycan=werewolf)
But, dont let this get to your head and make you not watch to movie.(this is for you twilight fans out there).Even I will go watch the movie so I'll be able to judge it by myself and not based purely of reviews online.

If you actually read the twilight books it is later explained in the fourth book that they aren't werewolves.
ReplyDeleteOne of the volturi freakout because of them and so it is explained that they aren't werewolves, and thus leaves werewolves in the twilight series to be a mystery, because they are never actually seen, but merely breifly skimmed over.
I hope this will put your mind at ease knowing that in truth, they are not really representations of werewolves but rather some tribal whatever.
